Time flies when you're having fun that's for sure! We can't believe that after 12 years of brewing we finally hit Batch 1000. Yes that's right, 1000 brews at Werk Force. To celebrate this monumental occasion w decided to take it all the way back to where it began. When Werk Force first opened its doors, Batch #1 was a beer called Pineapple Express—a juicy, hop-forward IPA that would eventually evolve into what many know today as Double Dry Hopped Formerly Known As... Over the years, the recipe was refined, adjusted, and pushed forward, but for this milestone brew, we wanted to revisit our roots. So we dusted off the original recipe and brewed Pineapple Express exactly as it was intended. Bursting with bright pineapple character, citrusy hop aromatics from Citra and Amarillo, and the classic balance that started it all, this beer is a snapshot of Werk Force history in every pint. 7.6% ABV
