Refund policy

Online purchases are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Please provide the original receipt or proof of purchase for eligibility.

All items ordered by mistake or requested for cancellation are subject to a 7% Order Adjustment Fee, calculated based on the order’s total.
