Local Delivery

10 mile delivery radius. $10 delivery fee. You must be 21+ to order alcohol & provide a valid photo ID showing your birthdate at delivery. Your order will be returned without refund if you cannot show an ID at the time of delivery or the order was not accepted for any reason.

Thank you for choosing to shop with The Open Bottle! We're thrilled to announce that we now offer shipping services. Before placing your order, please take a moment to review our shipping policy outlined below:

Age Verification: By placing an order for alcohol products on our website, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. All packages containing alcohol will require a signature upon delivery by an adult of legal drinking age. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if proper identification cannot be provided.

Shipping Instructions: At the time of delivery the order recipient must sign an age verification receipt stating that they are at least 21 years of age and must present a valid drivers license, military ID, passport or State ID for identification. 

UPS will attempt delivery three times before it's shipped back to sender. If you are not home to sign for your package, UPS will leave an InfoNotice at your residence that shows the next scheduled delivery attempt, or where to collect the package. You can also hold your shipment at a UPS facility by clicking the Change My Delivery button on your UPS tracking page.

After three attempted deliveries, the package is sent back to the shipper (The Open Bottle). Any packages sent back to The Open Bottle will not be refunded or shipped again unless a shipping label and UPS return fees are paid for again.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. Additionally, we do not ship to areas where the sale and delivery of alcohol are prohibited by law.

Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. We partner with UPS to ensure timely and secure delivery of your order.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Please note that additional fees may apply for expedited shipping or special delivery requests.

Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of alcohol products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for purchases made through our online store. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by these laws and acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with any applicable local ordinances or regulations.
