This dry-hopped spelt Saison was created in honor of labor activist and orator Lucy Gonzalez Parsons. It was created using a blend of classic saison and Jovaru Lithuanian Farmhouse yeasts. The unique grain bill features both malted spelt and triticale from Sugar Creek Malt in Indiana. All profits from this beer will go to support Connections for Abused Women and Their Children. 5.5% ABV
