What time is it? Cold Time! Originally brewed on our pilot system, we set out to make a clean, easy-drinking lager built entirely from malted barley and no adjuncts. Nearly 100% 2-Row malt provides you with a glass of dark golden beer with a white foamy head. IBUs are kept low at around 15, just to help balance any residual sweetness, without any lingering bitterness. 4.9% ABV
