Goldfinger West Coast Pils

This beer combines our traditional Goldfinger techniques with some modern twists to extract pungent tropical aromas from the hops while still making an ultra clean lager fermentation profile. We naturally carbonated this beer using the "krausening" method where we blend a portion of actively fermenting Pils into the finished West Coast Pils to trap that natural CO2 for a smooth and delicate mouthfeel. 5.5% ABV
