Cantillon Saint Lamvinus is a highly sought-after fruit lambic produced by Brasserie Cantillon. It is created by soaking Merlot (and sometimes Cabernet Franc or Grenache) grapes in oak barrels containing two to three-year-old lambic. The result is a tart, deeply fruity, and complex beverage that bridges the gap between Belgian sour ale and fine French wine. 5.0% ABV
