Unlike previous years, we are taking a different approach to this blend and will not be using a Malort-conditioned component for the main release of this blend (Don't worry Malort freaks, keep your eyes peeled)!

We still wanted to create a blend that hits those orange notes and has a dark fruit profile, using a natural processed Sarchimor from Finca El Rosario in El Salvador to make up the base of the blend. We paired this with a rich, molasses-forward honey processed Sarchimor from Finca San Jeronimo Miramar in Guatemala. The Salvadoran natural bean brings bright, citrus notes while the Guatemalan honey adds richness and body - double Sarchimor!!!
