Dark Matter Ofrenda 12oz Bag

This year, we have a new component for this blend, a coffee that comes to us from the Tosepan Cooperative in Puebla, near the border of Veracruz. We visited this cooperative back in January of 2024 and are excited to finally be bringing in some coffee from these producers! The coffee part of the cooperative is called Taohtolkaltianih, meaning "those who guide the way" in Nahuat, and is a new and exciting project for the folks at Tosepan. This is a fudgey and nutty coffee that we felt would work well with the acidity in the Nayarit we have been roasting; which adds some dried fruit and wine-like notes! 

As is tradition, our friend Chris Orta has produced a beautiful bag, honoring many elements of Day of the Dead!
