Dark Matter 2025 Bourbon County Stout Barrel Aged Coffee Cold

DMC sourced barrels from the Goose Island Barrel house nearby to age raw, green beans from Guatemala, allowing them to spend several months in these barrels to take on the character of the wood, the Bourbon, and finally the stout. The porous green coffee is like a sponge, soaking up any remaining moisture, resulting in a rich, boozy profile in the roasted coffee. We will be selling this coffee as both 12-oz bags and coffee cold cans, which we expect to move quickly!
