Imperial Stout aged 12 mos. in a blend of Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels We use our OG Sleepy Bear recipe that showcases the dance between imperial stout, time and barrel. Layers of chocolate, vanillin & oak blend to create a harmonious symphony. This is the definition of a classic barrel aged imperial stout - no adjuncts.
