This year we doubled down on coconut resting this barrel aged treat on both toasted and raw coconut and then layered it with Madagascar vanilla and Ghana cacao nibs. For this 2025 variant we selected from both 12 month and 24 month aged Chungus that rested in Buffalo Trace Mash #1 barrels. This imperial pastry stout is as kick ass and delicious as the best Elvis on Velvet painting you’ve ever seen.
