Originally first explored back in 2016, this Stasis release quickly became a fan favorite. Not just for its massive coconut character, but for those unmistakable “coconut floaties” that turned into a badge of honor.

This year’s release doubles down on that legacy. A bourbon barrel-aged stout built on a rich, complex base, then loaded with over 600 pounds of coconut.

On the nose, it’s all toasted coconut, dark chocolate, and bourbon warmth. The palate follows with waves of coconut cream, bittersweet cacao, and a deep, velvety stout backbone, all wrapped in a smooth barrel character. It’s bold, indulgent, and still beautifully balanced. 13.7% ABV
