Werk Force 2023 Bourbon Barrel Aged Brambleberry Cheesecake Sleepy Bear

Aged for 12 months in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels and then loaded with a brambleberry mix of blackberries and raspberries. Lastly we rested this stout on Madagascar vanilla and Ghana cacao nibs. This is one hell of a decadent barrel aged fruited imperial stout. The silkiness of milk sugar used in brewing pairs perfectly with the fresh punch of bramble fruit. Endless layers of flavor and complexity make this beer one to be enjoyed over time. 11.8% ABV
