Off Color Le Petite Ferme

TASTING NOTES
A session saison designed for working in the garden or sitting back and smelling the flowers. Pouring extremely pale in color, the cracked pepper aromatics burst from the pillowy foam. But phenolic spice plays a secondary role with notes of floral lychee. A cereal body and hints of mineral water rounds out the palate.

SECRET TECHNIQUES
Fermented with a French saison yeast, the final beer is peppery and bone dry. A concentrated elderflower tea is added post fermentation and add layers of floral flavor and tropical fruit notes.
