We use organic apple cider and sourced our cascara from one of the same farms in El Salvador that we get our coffee from.

Shrubs are refreshing beverages hailing from the 1700’s. Historically, vinegar was used as a way to preserve fruit without sugar without refrigeration. A shrub is a simultaneously tart and sweet. The acidity of the vinegar provides tang and intensifies the flavor of the fruit. You get a balance of sweet, savory, tangy in just one bottle.
