Jester King Italian Style Pilsner

Single decoction mash with 100% Weyermann Eraclea malt (grown near the Adriatic Sea northeast of Venice). Kettle hopped with Hallertau Magnum and Saphir then dry-hopped with strictly Saphir. Fermented with lager yeast, Fermentis SafLager 34/70. Lagered for four weeks. Dry, earthy, peppery, herbal, with a touch of floral and a pleasant bitterness. Crisp and drinkable. 4.8% ABV
