Is/Was & Revolution Split Squad Bottle Conditioned With Brettanomyces 500ml

Collaboration with Revolution. Split Squad is a celebration of the boys of summer brewed with our friends at Revolution Brewing. We built this beer around malted sunflower seeds from Colorado Malting Company. It pours a beautifully clear golden yellow with a frothy white head and notes of tangerine, ripe peaches, sorrel, and a distinct nuttiness that lasts through the long, satisfying finish.

We brewed a version at our brewery with our house saison yeast then split it at bottle conditioning, adding our house brettanomyces to half and the mixed culture Rev used for the version they brewed at their pub to the other half. 5.5% ABV
