It presents like a classic helles first: bready rich malt flavor with the appropriate dryness to encourage another sip. In the aroma and on the finish is subtle smoke derived from a pinch of beechwood smoked malt and the contribution of our oak smoke laden yeast pitch that we harvested from our Grodziskie. The result is a subtle, yet layered smoke character. 5.0% ABV
