Werk Force 2025 Barrel Aged Peanut Butter Honey Sleepy Bear

Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Peanuts, Honey, Cacao Nibs and Vanilla.

Nothing calls a bear out of hibernation like peanut butter and honey. A blend of Sleepy Bear aged for 14 months in Willett and 21 months in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. Once out of the barrel we blended in wildflower honey and rested this stout on freshly roasted peanuts, cacao nibs and Madagascar vanilla.
