A Mexican hot chocolate inspired stout. This beer takes a thick, sweet and chocolaty stout base and ages it on cocoa nibs, vanilla, cinnamon, and a combination of Ancho, Guajillo, and Habanero chilies. The result is a delicious blend of dessert stout with the sweet, smokey and dark fruit flavors from the Anchos and Guajillos and a light heat from the smaller amount of Habanero. A complex beer that will keep your palate guessing. 12.% ABV
