Dark Matter Sleep Walk Chocolate 2025 Bourbon County Proprietor's Blend Bar

Bourbon County Proprietor's Blend Bar The Sleepwwalk crew has created a bar inspired by their 2025 Bourbon County Brand Proprietor's Stout, Goose Island's take on a Baklava stout! We incorporated the ingredients used in this stout into the chocolate bar, using our Barra de la casa chocolate as the base, adding cinnamon, filling the bar with honey, and topping it with chopped walnuts and pistachios. A blend of cacao from Southern Mexico, roasted and handmade in Chicago with cinnamon, a honey filling, and walnuts and pistachios. Ingredients: 70% cacao, 30% sugar, raw honey, cinnamon, walnuts, pistachios - contains nuts.
