Saint Errant Home Sweet Hut 500ml

The second chapter in our series of Tiki inspired fruited sours. For this beer, we again started with an imperial gose base that was then rested in Appleton Estate Rum barrels for 7 months. It soaked up tons of sweet boozy Rum notes of caramelized bananas and nutmeg. We then conditioned the beer on hundreds of pounds of Pineapple, Mango, Cara Cara Oranges, Key Lime Juice, and Coconut. Straight cocktail vibes. 10.5% ABV
