Our newest release is indeed inspired by the fruited wine best paired with the Spanish variety of small plates (aka tapas) featuring a nectarine skin hue and drying grape tannin finish from a generous post-primary fermentation addition of pinot noir grape must. Notes of dark cherry, pithy citrus, tart apple and Sicilian blood orange create a fruity cornucopia, typical of our favorite sangrias. 6.0% ABV
