Jester King We All Need To Do Better 750ml
Introducing We All Need To Do Better Farmhouse Weizenbock, brewed in collaboration with @smittoxbrewing in support of Black Is Beautiful and Brews for New Avenues’ national campaign!
Earlier this fall, Kuumba Smith, founder of Smittox Brewing, joined us at Jester King for the brew. We aimed to make a malt and yeast driven farmhouse beer for the cooler weather, and decided to do a riff on German-style Weizenbock. We brewed with well water, dark wheat malt, Munich, Pilsner and Caramunich malts, and organic Fuggles. We fermented in stainless steel with our mixed culture of native yeast. The result is a dry, drinkable, malt-forward farm beer with a spicy/fruity fermentation character. 100% naturally conditioned. Like all our farmhouse ales, it's alive and will evolve over time. 7.5% ABV
