The Finer Points of Bad Behavior is an ever evolving series of beers that pairs seasonal ingredients with unique strains of yeast specifically chosen to compliment, contrast, and elevate each other. Volume VIII pairs Italian Plums from our friends at Mick Klug Farms in Michigan with a strain of Brettanomyces Bruxellensis known for its restrained funkiness and bright, wine-like aromatics. It pours a striking dark pink/light plum shade of violet. Its aroma showcases notes of jammy plum, sweet cherry, and just a wisp of funkiness. The flavor follows suit with notes of red berries, fruit snacks, prunes, and a dash of allspice before a lightly acidic and floral finish. 6.1% ABV
