Commercial Description

The Willett family has been crafting their unique Kentucky Bourbon and rye whiskey since 1937 on their estate. We are big fans of their products and relish the opportunity to use their barrels to condition our coffees.

There have been several of these releases over the ten years since we first started conditioning coffee in barrels; each highlighting special characteristics of both the coffee and whiskey. For this release, we used a washed Pacamara from Santa Petrona in El Salvador. The results are coffee with a boozy, fruity nose, with a nuttier oak-forward finish. DELICIOUS! Available in Coffee Cold cans and also whole beans.
