Dark Matter Tierra (El Rosario Pacamara Natural) 12oz Bag
The Pacamara cultivar is a hybrid of Pacas (a dwarf Bourbon) and Maragogype (a mutant of Typica). They have a larger screen size than average and tend to cup peppery and spicy when they're young, but explosively fruity and lively when matured and properly cultivated. This was a favorite on the cupping table during this year's coffee selection with Federico and we are excited to share this with all of you!
