The Whistler Imperial Stout Cask Finish Irish Whiskey 750ml
Single Malt casks were filled with our award winning O'Hara's Stout imparting our stouts wonderful rich flavours into the wood. We then refill these seasoned casks with our blend of Irish Malt and Single Grain whiskeys which bestow deeper notes of roasted coffee and cacao nibs.
The creaminess from the cocoa follows through, pairing beautifully with the subtle coffee tones. This is rounded out by hints of caramel. Limited time offering (once a year bottling) collaboration with O'Hara's Brewery Irish Stout. Sharp package makes a great gift for a whiskey lover! 43.0% ABV
