A release that we are honored to be a part of, Whalefall is from friend and famed author Daniel Kraus. A New York Times bestselling author of more than a dozen novels and graphic novels. He coauthored The Living Dead with legendary filmmaker George A. Romero. (A release we collaborated with for a coffee release.) With Guillermo del Toro, he coauthored The Shape of Water, based on the same idea the two created for the Oscar-winning film. Also with del Toro, Kraus coauthored Trollhunters, which was adapted into the Emmy-winning Netflix series.

We are utilizing a comfy, sweet Catuai from the Bressani Family at San Jeronimo Miramar to make up a majority of this blend to create a good cup of coffee for diving into this deepsea novel. Adding a touch of Manchamé to the blend amplifies the sweetness and bring dried fruit notes to the cup.
